		<description>Yes, the Sherman Branch trails are hard packed, fast flowing trails... really a lot of fun to ride! I held off getting a helmet cam for the longest time, couldn&#039;t see dropping cash on one when I could buy a wheelset or something else for the same amount. But now that I have it I wish I would have gotten one years ago. But I&#039;m capturing a lot of video now and it&#039;s nice to review my ride and sections of the trail.

I&#039;ve had one wreck so far with the cam on. The impact hurt really bad and later that day I found out I had gotten a concussion. The wreck was at a trail called Anne Springs located in Fort Mill, SC.

		<description>Cool videos!  Those trails look like the are hard packed and fast.  I think it is so cool that you are able to film your epic rides.  By chance, have you recorded a fall yet?  I&#039;d be interested to see what a recorded fall looks like.  They always happen so fast!</description>
