I held off getting a helmet cam for the longest time, couldn't see dropping cash on one when I could buy a wheelset or something else for the same amount. But now that I have it I wish I would have gotten one years ago. But I'm capturing a lot of video now and it's nice to review my ride and sections of the trail. I've had one wreck so far with the cam on. The impact hurt really bad and later that day I found out I had gotten a concussion. The wreck was at a trail called Anne Springs located in Fort Mill, SC. Those trails look like the are hard packed and fast. I think it is so cool that you are able to film your epic rides. By chance, have you recorded a fall yet?
